Controlled Modification and Intercellular Transmission of a DNA Message

As a part of the University of Waterloo iGEM Team, our project focused on developing an intercellular messaging system via gene transfer by bacteriophages.

My work for this project was helping develop a differential equation network to model the creation and packaging of viral particles within a cell, to estimate how long the cells would take after infection before retransmitting modified viral particles.
