Ingredients

8 ozcream cheese (single package)
1/4 cupsour cream
1/4 cupparmesan, grated
1/4 cupRomano cheese, grated
1 clovegarlic, minced
1/2 tspdried basil
1/4 tspgarlic salt
salt
pepper
14 ozartichoke hearts
1/2 cupfrozen spinach, chopped, thawed, and drained
1/4 cupmozzarella, grated

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 350 F
    1. Lightly grease a small baking dish
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, romano, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt, and pepper
    1. Once well mixed, gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach
  3. Transfer mixture to baking dish
    1. Top with mozzarella
  4. Bake for 25 min, until bubbly and lightly browned
