16 ozbrown rice noodles
2 clovesgarlic, minced
1 Tbspolive oil
2/3 cuppeanut butter
3 Tbspsoy sauce
1/4 cupvegetable broth
1 Tbsprice vinegar
1 Tbspsesame oil
1 Tbspmaple syrup
1/4 cuppeanuts, crushed
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
1 stalkgreen onion


  1. Cook noodles according to instructions
  2. Saute garlic on low heat until golden brown
  3. Add remaining sauce ingredients in a bowl, whisk until smooth
  4. Add sauce to noodles and mix thoroughly
  5. Garnish with crushed peanuts, green onion, and red pepper flakes
