1/4 cupmayonnaise
1/2lemon, juiced
2 clovesgarlic, minced
4 slicessourdough, thick slices
1avocado
olive oil
kosher salt

oregano
butter

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 F
    1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Place tomato slices on baking sheet
    1. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and oregano
    2. Place in oven for 15-20 min
  3. Combine mayo, lemon juice, and garlic, with a dash of salt and pepper in a small bowl
  4. Butter each slice of bread, heat a pan over medium heat and toast for a few minutes
  5. Assemble into a sandwich, slice diagonally, and serve
