Ingredients

1/2 cuponion, chopped
1/3 cupcelery, chopped
1/4 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
10 ozcream of mushroom soup
10 ozpeas
8 ozcorn niblets

Topping

2potatoes, mashed
1/2 tspsalt
1egg, beaten
1/4 cupparmesan, grated
cheddar, grated
paprika
milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and lightly butter a casserole dish
  2. Boil the potatoes until soft
  3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown the ground beef, onion, and celery
    1. Drain the ground beef once cooked
  4. Add salt, pepper, peas, corn, and soup to the skillet and simmer for 3-5 min
    1. Pour mixture into the casserole dish and push into the edges
  5. Mash potatoes, add in salt, beaten egg, milk, and parmesan
  6. Lightly spread the potatoes over the entire meat mixture, again, pushing into the edges of the dish
  7. Sprinkle grated cheddar and paprika over potatoes
  8. Bake in oven for 30 min
